Collection of Personal Information and Information Sharing
The Site allows anonymous viewing of all public information on the Site. You can view the information on these pages without telling us who you are. There may be some pages on the Site that request certain personally identifying information from you, such as name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers, company name, title or job position. We may also collect information about your interest in Skyshade products, services, job openings or other transactions that you or your organization may enter with Skyshade through these pages. If you fill out one of these forms, or send email or other communications to Skyshade, you may be asked to supply personal information for our record keeping and follow-up. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated organizations for commercial purposes unrelated to the business of Skyshade.

If you are located outside of the India, please note that the Site is hosted on our computer servers in the India. Any personal information collected through the Site may be transferred to the India and other countries that might not provide an equivalent level of protection as the data protection laws in your home country. Your use of the Site or submission of any personal information will constitute your consent to the transfer of your personal information outside of your home country. Also, the recipient of personal information that you post in any blog or other online forum on the Site may be located in the India or another jurisdiction that may not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the laws in your home country.
Certain types of non-identifying information are collected and stored automatically during each visitor’s session on the Site by using information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. The Site has taken commercially reasonable precautions to protect the data and information under our control from misuse, loss or alteration. Unfortunately, no system can ensure complete security.
